I actually found SimplyVegas by just going through available houses for sale on Zillow. Originally we thought we needed to do some work on our credit scores before we would even qualify, but Micheal called me and told me about their whole crew there at SimplyVegas and that their loan officer would be able to help me. So, Elizabeth got ahold of me and she had no problem with our credit and said we could start the process right then, which we did. Micheal came out multiple times from Vegas to show us house after house until we found just the right one, which we did. He was so great and didn’t get annoyed when we changed our mind on one place we had originally put in an offer for, or for the many places we made him go show us all over town. It was a lengthy process mainly because we were going VA and there is a lot of red tape with them, but in the end we got our home with everything we wanted and much more. The entire staff we worked with was just amazing! I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Personally I would recommend Micheal, but I’m sure the other agents are good too lol. I just appreciate him so much and I talked to him so much it was like he was an old friend or part of the family, I actually miss talking to him now that the process is over.

He had my back as we addressed the builder regarding specific items flagged during the walkthrough and put me in touch with an inspector who was on point! I closed on my beautiful new home, from beginning to end, in approximately six weeks —— thank you so much Michael!! I also want to give special mention to my team at American Home Mortgage Corporation, Brian Camp and Rachel Dixon, my Loan Officer and Loan Processor who worked diligently to get me approved for the loan and were both nothing short of awesome to work with! I’ve known Mike for several years and recently sold my home as I relocated out of state. I’ve worked with a couple of realtors in the past to buy and sell another home, but there was NO comparison to how professional and what Mike did to sell my home, he spent well over, probably 15 hours at my home, on his own time and spent several hundred dollars (his own money) just to get it ready to sell. Along the way, there was an issue which he alone pretty much handled with very little input from me as to make sure everything was on track and to fix the problem. There was other smaller issues along the way, but he took the initiative to handle things as they went along. Not only did I sell quickly, I closed within 30 days. He not only got me the early closing but also well above asking price and that was just in the initial pre-listing and kept in contact with me about everything along the way. There are no words of gratitude I can express to Mike and how wonderful and how great he was to work with, but how efficient he was and getting the house sold and handling all the issues along the way. He is by far exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, generous, and I would absolutely not work with anybody else buying or selling going forward. I dont post much about how good or bad my experience has been but I have to let everyone know about my experience buying a home using the best ever real estate agent in Nevada. Mike went above and beyond to make my dream a reality and get me my perfect home. There were a few complications from my end which was making it hard to qualify, so mike calls in his money man Joey Ciaglia to do his magic and make everything fall into place. They took the stress I had and made it disappear. I Couldnt believe how easy they made this for me. Mike and I looked at a couple houses and before long I was closing on my beautiful home.
