I actually found SimplyVegas by just going through available houses for sale on Zillow. Originally we thought we needed to do some work on our credit scores before we would even qualify, but Micheal called me and told me about their whole crew there at SimplyVegas and that their loan officer would be able to help me. So, Elizabeth got ahold of me and she had no problem with our credit and said we could start the process right then, which we did. Micheal came out multiple times from Vegas to show us house after house until we found just the right one, which we did. He was so great and didn’t get annoyed when we changed our mind on one place we had originally put in an offer for, or for the many places we made him go show us all over town. It was a lengthy process mainly because we were going VA and there is a lot of red tape with them, but in the end we got our home with everything we wanted and much more. The entire staff we worked with was just amazing! I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Personally I would recommend Micheal, but I’m sure the other agents are good too lol. I just appreciate him so much and I talked to him so much it was like he was an old friend or part of the family, I actually miss talking to him now that the process is over.
